This thorough screening process guarantees that only the most suitable candidates are considered for the job.
Selection: Once these candidates are screened, we will list those that best suit the job and present them to you via an ATS or the process you want us to follow. The selected candidate presentation will have all the requisite details, including the candidate’s expected salary, possible date of joining, and any expectations they might have from the new job. All those details that are sometimes the bottleneck for the hiring manager and the candidates are taken care of, eliminating any miscommunication or wastage of time for both parties
